Atlantic Station is one of Atlanta’s hottest spots for shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Part of a 138-acre mixed-use community, retailers range from high-fashion boutiques to discounters and include Dillard’s, Banana Republic, American Eagle Outfitters, City Sports, Express/Express Men, Guess?, IKEA, DSW Shoes, a soon-to-open two-story H&M clothing store and much more.

An Atlanta institution since 1959, Lenox Square features almost 250 stores ranging from Hollister Co. to Oakley to bebe Sport. Lenox is anchored by Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s and Neiman Marcus, and has a food court and six restaurants. A 35,000-square-foot mall expansion added mre boutiques such as Diesel, Puma and True Religion; and Lenox welcomes Bulgari and Michael Kors in summer 2008.

Phipps Plaza, across Peachtree Street from Lenox, is anchored by Saks Fifth Avenue, Nordstrom and Belk, features more than 100 stores including such as Barneys New York CO-OP, Jimmy Choo and Lucky Brand Jeans. Niketown, a museum/shop, honors the world-famous sports shoes and offers exclusive Michael Jordan and Tiger Woods clothing lines. Phipps soon will be home to Valentino, also new to the Atlanta market. See and be seen, and maybe even spot a celebrity at Twist, The Tavern at Phipps and The Grape Wine Bar.

The Camp Creek MarketPlace in East Point represented the largest single retail investment in South Fulton County history, and includes more than 100 stores and restaurants, including Target, Barnes & Noble, Marshall’s, and Linens & Things.

Buford Highway houses numerous shops and restaurants featuring goods and culinary delights from both Latin-American and Asian countries. A growing Indian community resides in Decatur with groceries, sari shops and restaurants along Church Street, Lawrenceville Highway and DeKalb Industrial Boulevard.
